Terms of Service

By booking a call or engaging HBN Growth services, you agree to these terms, subject to a final approved service agreement or statement of work.

Services

HBN Growth installs and operates client-acquisition infrastructure for service businesses, including AI voice agents, follow-up automation, websites, workflow automation, review systems, and related connected systems, as agreed in a separate service agreement or statement of work.

Payment

HBN’s service fee for any program or standalone capability is confirmed directly with the client and defined in the applicable service agreement or statement of work. Advertising spend is billed directly to the client by the advertising platform; HBN does not receive or mark up that spend.

Results and delivery commitments

Business outcomes — including attended appointments, closed projects and revenue — depend on market conditions, business capacity, sales execution and other factors outside HBN’s control, and are not guaranteed.

Where HBN offers a specific written delivery commitment for a defined deliverable — such as the appointment-delivery guarantee described in the Bathroom Remodeler program — the applicable written service agreement defines its exact scope, qualifying criteria, client cooperation and advertising-spend requirements, dispute procedure and remedy, and that agreement governs. A delivery commitment for appointments is not a commitment regarding attendance, closed work or revenue.

Limitation of Liability

Limitation-of-liability terms require final legal review and will be included in the applicable service agreement or approved published terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.
